VOLLEYBALL’S STICK HEAD TROPHY

Our Varsity Volleyball Team is holding up their “Stick Head” trophy.  The opposing  teams played are lined up on the center of the head.  For each win, the girls break that team’s stick and put it in the side of the head.  The team motto is, “If we stick together, the team cannot be broken.”

VARSITY VOLLEYBALL WINS IT ALL IN ORRVILLE!

Congratulations to the varsity girls volleyball team on a great win Saturday, September 15, at the Orrville Tournament!!  The girls began their season 5-0 and currently hold a record of 12-2.  Senior captains are Meghan Manson (center), Hannah Keane (outside hitter), Angelyse Trammell (defensive specialist) and Brianna Dancy (outside hitter).  According to Brianna Dancy, she

MJHS Fall Sports Meeting

There will be a MANDATORY Player and Parent meeting for all Massillon Junior High Fall Sports on Tuesday August 8th starting at 6:00pm in the MJHS Cafeteria.

Volleyball vs. Central Catholic

The varsity regular season ended with a 3 set lost to Central Catholic. The girls finished with a 10 and 11 record. With only one-senior graduating the future looks bright! The girls play Boardman 7:00 on Monday at Lake in tournament action. Good luck ladies.

Volleyball defeats Lutheran East

Both the JV and varsity volleyball teams won in straight sets. Meghan Davis was top server with 10 points and Brianna Dancy had 10 kills. Our team beat Lutheran East

Volleyball defeats Youngstown Ursuline

Both the JV and varsity volleyball teams beat Youngstown Urusline. The JV’s won in 3 while the varsity in 4 sets. The varsity has won 5 matches in a row. Top server was Meghan Davis with 13 service points and Brianna Dancy had 16 kills. They travels to Manchester on Monday. Congratulations ladies!
